From 2018 onwards, Alfa Romeo OEM manufacturers have been using a new module called the SGM Gateway, also known as the Security Gateway.
This module's purpose is to prevent CAN data from being intercepted by G or LTE networks. This ByPass module helps you get past the security. It should also be used in all diagnostic devices for post-2018 vehicle models.
