The WiFi-Based UNO is a customized version of the classic ARDUINO UNO R3 board. Uno R3 ATmega328 and ESP8266 8Mb flash are combined on the same card.
There is a USB-TTL CH430G converter on the card. Thanks to the 8 Dip Switch on it, it has the ability to work together and separately.
It is a suitable solution for your projects where you need a wireless network.
